Do you want to lose weight but are not sure what to eat? 

Well, I would love to help you!  I have decided to offer a Jump Start Your Fitness Meal Plan at a rate of $15.

The Jump Start Your Fitness Meal Plan will consist of a 7-day meal plan including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  The meal plans offer a shopping list for all recipes.  The meal plans offer quick, healthy, and delicious recipes for your convenience. 

In addition to the Jump Start Your Fitness Meal Plan, I will offer a second week meal plan for the additional price of $10.   That means you get 14 days of meals for the low price of $25. 

If you are interested in customized meal plans, email me for more details.

If you are interested in losing weight and would like to try out the meal plan, you can reserve your plan after reading the information below.
