Workout Wednesday - Chair Squats with V-Fly


If you couldn't tell, I have a little obsession with Jillian Michaels her exercises always kick my butt.  The Chair Squats with V-Fly is from level 2 of 30 Day Shred.  For the exercise, you will need dumbbells.  

To perform the exercise, stand with your feet together and hold a pair of dumbbells at your sides. Keeping your chest lifted, shoulders back and core tight, sit your hips back and bend your knees (as if you were sitting back into a chair) while lifting your arms in a v motion.  Perform this exercise for 30 seconds rest and repeat for another 30 seconds.    You will definitely feel the burn!
