I haven't been great at eating healthy or cooking for that matter. But I'm trying to get back on track. Last week, I did make a delicious Weight Watchers recipe.
The Weight Watchers Tortellini Soup was delicious although I don't think it would be filling enough for an entire recipe.
For the recipe, you will need:
| 2 spray(s) cooking spray | |
| 1/4 tsp minced garlic, or to taste | |
| 29 oz reduced-sodium chicken broth | |
| 4 oz frozen cheese tortellini without sauce | |
| 4 1/2 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed | |
| 14 1/2 oz canned stewed tomatoes, undrained Instead of frozen spinach, I used fresh, because I prefer fresh produce to frozen. Directions:
What's your favorite healthy soup?
