Menu Monday - Week of April 8th

I am pretty excited about this week's menu.  We are planning some of my favorites and even a repeat of last week.


Monday:

Breakfast - egg, bagel thin, banana, and 2 clementines - 5 points
Lunch - mixed green salad with watermelon, fat free feta, fat free balsamic dressing, 3 clementines, greek yogurt with strawberries, and sliced almonds - 6 points
Point total:  19 points 



Tuesday:
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner the same as Monday

Wednesday:
Breakfast - same as Monday - 5 points
Lunch - same as Monday - 6 points
Dinner - Beef Tacos - 10 points
Points total:  21 points 

Thursday: 
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner the same as Wednesday

Friday:
Breakfast - same as Monday - 5 points
Lunch - same as Monday - 6 points
Dinner - Weight Watchers Spaghetti with Meat Sauce - 6 points (I typically eat more) - 10 points 
Points total:  21 points 

This week my goal is no not eat any candy and continue my workouts with Best Body Bootcamp.
