Best Body Bootcamp


You may remember my last post where I listed my new workout until my knee is up to running.  Well turns out my workout is going to change, again!  Oops! 

Friday I found out that I won Crazy Running Legs' giveaway for the Best Body Bootcamp.  The bootcamp is an is an 8 week Fitness Program for all fitness levels.  The bootcamp starts tomorrow but you can still register if you are interested.  I received my week 1 and 2 schedule.  It is going to be pretty intense but pretty awesome.  I plan on sharing a little bit about the workouts but will not be sharing the entire workout.  So my workout plan has changed it will be as follows:


Sunday:
Rest 

Monday:
Swim - 20 to 30 minutes
Best Body Bootcamp (BBB)

Tuesday:
Bike - 3-6 miles (on my new bike) I will have a post about this soon

Wednesday:
Swim - 20 to 30 minutes
BBB

Thursday:
Bike - 3-6 miles

Friday:
Elliptical - 15 minutes 
BBB 

Saturday:
Run - 3 miles or Elliptical - 30 minutes 
Bike - 3-6 miles 

If you are interested in signing up for BBB there is still time and it will cost $30!  I am sure it is going to be a lot of fun and a great workout.  This is my first time doing a bootcamp but I am excited to see the results.
