Weight Watchers Chicken Bundles

 You may remember last week when I mentioned that I would be having chicken bundles for dinner.  Chicken bundles are absolutely delicious and easy to make. 

For the recipe you will need:
4 Chicken Breasts
1 container of Greek Yogurt Whipped Cream Cheese (Reduced Fat)
1/2 onion (chopped)
2 green onions (chopped)
Season Salt
Garlic Powder
2 Tubes of reduced fat cresent rolls (8 count)

Directions:
Preheat the oven as directed with the cresent rolls. 

Boil the chicken breasts until cooked (season however you like).  We used season salt and oregano.

Chop the onion and green onions add the chicken chopped once cooked.  Mix in the Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese and season with season salkt and garlic powder as desired.

Fill the cresent rolls and fold to form the bundles.  Bake the bundles for the amount of time stated on the cresent roll container.  You may need to bake longer to get the bundles golden brown.  Serve warm.

These are simple and are a great way to change up chicken or get rid of left over chicken.  Two rolls are 9 Weight Watcher Points.
