Workout Wednesday - Legs



After my first triathlon, I have discovered that my legs are getting bigger.  More muscular but bigger.  I'm working to get lean muscular legs.  This exercise routine will do that.


-20 squats


-20 Lunges


-20 Bridges


-20 Calve Raises


-20 Sumo Squats

Work through your first and repeat 2 more times.
