Healthy Thanksgiving Options

Holiday eating is really difficult.  Honestly, I am not good at it.  I typically take Thanksgiving as a cheat day, but if you want to stay healthy at Thanksgiving here are some great options.



If you don't feel like making these healthy options.  I would check out this Thanksgiving Cheat Sheet it is definitely a good one.
