Workout Wednesday - Planks

Planks are one of the best exercises to work your core but they also help other parts of your body.

So here's your newest Workout Wednesday that focuses on planks.

-30 second right side plank
-30 second left side plank

-30 second high plank

-30 second forearm plank

-30 second left leg raise plank
-30 second right leg raise plank

Repeat this exercise twice.  When you feel ready, up the hold to 45 seconds then a minute.
