Lunch - mixed green salad with watermelon, fat free feta, fat free balsamic dressing, 3 clementines, greek yogurt with strawberries, and sliced almonds - 6 points
Dinner - Weight Watchers Herb Crusted Roast Beef - 8 points

Tuesday:

Wednesday:
Breakfast - same as Monday - 5 points
Lunch - same as Monday - 6 points
Dinner - Beef Tacos - 10 points
Points total: 21 points
Thursday:
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner the same as Wednesday
Friday:
Breakfast - same as Monday - 5 points
Lunch - same as Monday - 6 points
Dinner - Weight Watchers Spaghetti with Meat Sauce - 6 points (I typically eat more) - 10 points
Points total: 21 points
