Shrimp Boil

When J and I lived in Florida, we made our shrimp boil all the time.  We don't make it as often now but I absolutely love it.

For the recipe, you will need:
2 pounds of shrimp
2 pounds of Yukon gold potatoes
8 ears of corn (frozen)
Onion
2 links of andouille sausage (you could use chicken sausage for less points)
Boil bag
Lemon
Cocktail Sauce

Directions:
Cube the Yukon gold potatoes and chop the onion

Fill a pot half full of water add lemon, onion, and boil bag.

Bring the pot to a boil.  Once the water boils, add the potatoes to the pot.  Cook for 10 minutes then add corn and sausage.  Cook the corn and sausage for 5 minutes.  Add the shrimp.  The shrimp should cook about 7 minutes or until it is cooked through.

Remove the pot from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes.  Drain and serve warm.  Enjoy!
