I have always had tight muscles that have lead to injuries. My injuries have included IT band, tight hamstrings, hip flexors, and now my back.
Here are a few great stretches to help prevent injury:
Hamstring:
Quad:
Calf:
IT Band:
Back:
Hold each stretch for 30-60 seconds.
Along with these stretches, I want to invite you to my November fitness challenge.
The challenge will be for 30 days (November 1 - 30). The only requirement is to workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes. You can do any physical activity - walking, running, lifting, or even cleaning.
