Workout Wednesday - Stretching & A Challenge

have always had tight muscles that have lead to injuries.  My injuries have included IT band, tight hamstrings, hip flexors, and now my back.

Here are a few great stretches to help prevent injury:

Hamstring:


Quad:


Calf:


IT Band:


Back:


Hold each stretch for 30-60 seconds.

Along with these stretches, I want to invite you to my November fitness challenge.
