Workout Wednesday - Back

My exercises lately have been very back driven.  My personal training sessions have been dedicated to making my back stronger.  I thought I would share a few of these exercises. 
 
 
Fire Hydrant - 15 reps on each side
 
 
Mountain Climbers - 12 reps each side
 
If the mountain climbers are too difficult on the floor use a raised surface like a couch.
 
 
Plank on a Stability Ball - 15 seconds

 
Hip Raises - 15 reps
 
Repeat these exercises three times.
