This is the perfect snack for watching football.
Serving - 1/2 Cup - 2 points
8 cups Corn or Rice Chex Cereal (I use 4 cups of each)
1 bag (3 oz) fat free butter flavor microwave popcorn, popped
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
3 Tbsp canola or vegetable oil
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
Heat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, mic cereal, popcorn, and peanuts. Drizzle with oil, toss until evenly 10 minute walk with Sophie and 30 minutes on my bike on the trainer.
In small bowl mix remaining ingredients, sprinkle over cereal mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Spread cereal mixture in ungreased large roasting pan.
Bake uncovered 15 minutes, stirring once. Cool and store in airtight container.
