24 Days of Christmas Challenge
Hi Friends! After participating in the #21daythanksgivingwalk challenge, my friend Amy and I decided it would be great to create a challenge for December and why not the 24 days of Christmas. We hope you will take part in this challenge. The challenge will include walking but other fitness moves to help get us in shape before Christmas.
12/1 – Walk 1 mile or 2,000 steps
12/2 – Walk 2 miles or 4,000 steps and 20 squats
12/3 – Walk 2 miles or 4,000 steps and 20 push-ups
12/4 – Walk 3 miles or 6,000 steps and 30 second plank
12/5 - Walk 2 miles or 4,000 steps and 20 squats, 20 push-ups and 30-second plank
12/6 – Walk 1 mile or 2,000 steps
12/7 - Walk 4 miles or 8,000 steps
12/8 – Walk 2 miles or 4,000 steps and 30 squats
12/9 – Walk 2 miles or 4,000 steps and 30 push-ups
12/10 – Walk 3 miles or 6,000 steps and 1-minute plank
12/11 – Walk 5 miles or 10,000 steps
12/12 – Walk 1 mile or 2,000 steps and 30 squats, 30 push-ups and 1-minute plank
12/13 – Walk 2 miles or 4,000 steps and 50 squats
12/14 – Walk 2 miles or 4,000 steps and 50 push-ups
12/15 – Walk 3 miles or 6,000 steps and 1-minute plank
12/16 – Walk 5 miles or 10,000 steps
12/17 – Walk 1 mile or 2,000 steps and 50 squats, 50 push-ups and 1-minute plank
12/18 – Walk 3 miles or 6,000 steps
12/19 – Walk 3 miles or 6,000 steps and 20 squats and 20 push-ups
12/20 – Walk 2 miles or 6,000 steps and 1-minute plank
12/21- Walk 4 miles or 8,000 steps
12/22 – Walk 2 miles or 4,000 steps
12/23 – Walk 2 miles or 4,000 steps and 20 squats and 20 push-ups
12/24 – Walk 1 mile or 2,000 steps
